The Pediatric Dental Team Association (PDTA) is a membership organization created exclusively for pediatric dental practices. Is membership for one person or the entire office?

Membership includes your entire team at one office location. Every team member can access the PDTA resources, making it easy to train consistently, onboard new hires, and develop your practice using the same standards and expectations.

If I have more than one office, does each location need its own membership?

Yes. Membership is $595 per office location. Although multiple locations may operate under the same practice name, each office typically has its own team, workflow, and training needs. A separate membership for each location ensures every team has access to the resources needed to build confidence, standardize procedures, and create a consistent patient and parent experience.

Joining is easy. Simply visit our Join Today page to complete your enrollment. Once your membership is activated, your office will receive immediate access to the PDTA Member Resources.

To access your member benefits, click the Members Area link in the upper right corner of the website. There you’ll find instructions for enrolling your team members and accessing all of the PDTA Member Resources, including training modules, Practice Systems, Practice Playbooks, leadership resources, and much more.

Your results will help you prioritize the areas that will have the greatest impact on your practice. From there, you can begin using the PDTA Member Resources, Practice Systems, Practice Playbooks, training modules, and leadership resources that best address your office’s specific needs.

You don’t need to implement everything at once. Start with one area, build momentum, and continue strengthening your practice one system at a time.

How quickly can I begin using the PDTA?

Immediately. Once your membership is activated, you can enter the Members Area in the upper right corner of the website, enroll your team members, and begin using the PDTA Member Resources right away.

Can I use the PDTA to onboard new team members?
